STIPULATION WAIVER OF RIGHT TO FILE LIEN
WHEREAS, Kinsley Construction, Inc, has entered into a contract with Pennsvlvania-American
Water Comnanv to provide materials and equipment and to perform labor necessary for the construction of
the Project entitled "Silver Springs Residual Handling Improvements" situated in Silver Spring Twp"
Cumberland County Pennsylvania and located at 109 Sample Bridge Road, Cumberland County,
Mechanicsburg, P A
NOW, THEREFORE it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the
said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned CONTRACTOR, any
subcontractor or material-man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said CONTRACTOR
under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials and
equipment furnished to the said Project or any part thereof,
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Cumberland County Prothonotary within ten
days after the date hereof, in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such
case provided,
