Of, 1489 York Road, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
Is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
CB Homes, Inc,
Of 4931 Janelle Drive, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17112,
For the erection of a
one-story
building upon land situate,
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern side of PA Route No, 74 at its intersection with Stought
Road; thence along the western side of Stought Road South 37 degrees 00 minutes West, a
distance of 537,17 feet to a point; thence along lands now or formerly of Clair Baker North 57
degrees 36 minutes 39 seconds West, a distance of 200,65 feet to a point; thence along lands now
or formerly of Raymond Diehl North 53 degrees 00 minutes East, a distance of 216.13 feet to a
point; thence South 53 degrees 00 minutes West, a distance of 18,00 feet to a point; thence North
59 degrees 00 minutes West 323,64 feet to a point on the southern side of Pa, Route No, 74;
thence along said Pa, Route No, 74 South 57 degrees 15 minutes 05 seconds East, a distance of
182.50 feet to a point and the place of BEGINNING,
Now, (~ I j ,2006 at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners
To the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Wheatland
Custom Homes, Inc, and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owners.
It is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any
sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived.
