WAIVER OF RIGHT TO FILE LIEN--SEPARATE
STIPULATION OF MECHANICS' LIENS
WHEREAS, DENNIS L. MINNICH, trading and doing business as
D,L, MINNICH CONSTRUCTION, party of the first part, hereinafter
called Contractor, has entered into a contract with James D,
Clay and Roxann E. Clay, his wife, of the Borough of
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, parties of the
second part, hereinafter called Owners, to provide materials
and perform labor necessary for the construction of a
residential dwelling and detached garage upon premises
described as follows:
BEING the premises situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, known as Lot No, 1 of the Plan of Allen
Park, and the southernmost part of Lot 9, as recorded in plan
Book 22 at Page 83, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania; and also BEING the same premises which William E.
Leib and Ruth E. Leib, his wife, by their deed dated January 6,
2006, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Volume 272, Page
3446, granted and conveyed unto Roxann E, Clay and James D,
Clay, her husband, the Owners herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, it is stipulated and agreed by and between
the said parties, as part of the said contract and for the
consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned

Contractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other

person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor
under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a
Mechanics' Lien, for work done or material furnished to said
buildings or any part thereof,
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the
County Prothonotary within ten days after date, in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania,
in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set
their hands and seals the

heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns,
