rental taxes, late fees and interest against Mary Jane Kretzing Revocable Living Trust, UTD
06/17/98 and all that certain improved lot or piece of ground situated in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 6940 Carlisle Pike, New Kingstown,
Pennsylvania and bearing tax parcel number 38-19.1621-001. (See property description attached).

The Hotel Room Rental Taxes, late payment fees and interest are levied pursuant to the authority
of the County Code, Act of August 9, 1955, P.L. 323, ~ 1770.6, as amended, 16 P.S. ~ 1770.6, as
amended, and Cumberland County Ordinance No. 2001-3. This tax lien is filed in accordance with
the general municipal law, Act of May 16, 1923, Pol. 207 ~ 9, as amended, 53 P.S. ~ 7143, as
amended.
