LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece of land situated in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point located on the eastern right of way line of Lowell lane at 25 feet from
the centerline of the same and being the northern corner of Lot No. 97; THENCE along said
right of way north 29 degrees 46 minutes 03 seconds East, 62.00 feet to a point on the same,
being the western corner of Lot No. 95; THENCE leaving said right of way and along the
property line of Lot No. 95, South 60 degrees 13 minutes 57 seconds East, 105.00 feet to a
point on the western line of Lot No .7-9; THENCE along the rear property line of Lot No. 78,
South 29 degrees 46 minutes 03 seconds West, 62.00 feet to a point on the common corner
