IACONO, Contractor TIMOTHY A. COLE and STACEY M. COLE, OWNER, adult individuals with a residence address of 313 Raymon Avenue, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Owner", have entered into a contract with RALPH J. IACONO, an adult individual with a principal place of business at 41 Kensington Square, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Contractor", for the erection of a single family residential dwelling upon land of Owner situate in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made part hereof.
