BRNTHAFER JR executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County in Mortgage Record Book 1853, Page 773. This mortgage is incorporated herein by reference in accordance with Pa.
