and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills by ne heretofore
made.
FIRST: I ~erehy direct ~y Executors, hereinafter named, to
nay all my just dehts and funeral expenses as soon as may con-
venicntly he done after flV decease.
SECOND:
I give, devise and bequeath all mv estate, he it
real, personal or mixed to Ply children, Janes C. Hollenbaup;h,
Route 5, Carlisle, Pennsylvania; and ~rrs. Shirley A. IIeberlig,
29 Parsonage Street, ~ewville, Pennsylvania, in equal sllares,
per stirpes.
THIRD:
I hereby noninate, constitute and appoint James C.
Hollenbaugh and Shirley A. lIeherlig to he the Co-Executors of
this my Last Will and Testament.
