I, CHARLES H. CRISP of the Township of Lower Allen, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any will or codicil previously made by me.
ITEM 1: I direct that upon my demise, that my body be interned at the Rolling Green
Memorial Cemetery next to my late wife, EVA S. CRISP.
ITEM 2: I direct that all my just debts and expenses be paid when practicable after my demise.
ITEM 3: I give, devise and bequeath the sum of $5,000.00 unto each of my grandchildren,
namely, CRAIG D. CHRISTIE, DANIELLE RENEE CRISP, NICOLE MARIE CRISP, and KELLY
CHARLENE BARCLAY
ITEM 4: I give, devise and bequeath my late wife's assortment of opal jewelry to my
granddaughter, DANIELLE CRISP.
ITEM 5: I give, devise and bequeath one of my late wife's mink stoles to my daughter,

ITEM 6: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate

wheresoever situate, together with insurance thereon, to my children, in equal shares, CHARLES H.
CRISP, III, mDITH ANN CHRISTIE and ORPHA JEAN HARE, or to their issue per stirpes.
ITEM 7: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever

nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the
