MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE INVENTORY

AND NOW, comes Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, Petitioner, by its ~
Attorney's Frey & Tiley, and files this Motion for Extension of Time to File Inventory, of whiCli'

the following is a statement: c\
1. Movant is Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, of One West High Street,
P.O. Box 220, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
2. On January 30, 2000 Movant filed a Petition for Appointment of Guardian, and
was thereafter appointed Guardian of the estate of Steven W. Richwine, a minor, by Decree
dated February 1, 2006.
3. The said Decree provides that Guardian is directed to file an Inventory within 90
days of the Decree.
4. The reason for the appointment of the Guardian is that the minor is the
beneficiary of the Estate of Florence E. Comp, Deceased, which Estate is filed to Cumberland
County No. 21-05-0346.
5. Although the inheritance tax return in the Estate of Florence E. Comp was filed
last year, Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company (which is also Executor of the Estate of
Florence E. Comp) did not receive notification of the acceptance of the inheritance tax return
until after the cut-off date for filing Accounts on March 24, 2006.
6. Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company has now received notification from
the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue that the inheritance tax return filed in the Florence E.

"':omp bstate has been accepted and will be filing its Account and Proposed Schedule of
)istribution. The next scheduled date for Confirmation of Accounts is June 20, 2006.
7. The Estate of Steven W. Richwine, a minor, will not receive any distribution or
'unds until after the Account and Proposed Schedule of Distribution in the Estate of Florence E.
::::omp, Deceased, is Confirmed, presumably on June 20, 2006.
8. Movant has received no property, and made no disbursements, for which to file
m inventory pursuant to the Decree dated February 1, 2006.
9. Movant requests an extension of the time to file an inventory in the Estate of
Steven W. Richwine, a minor, for approximately 90 days to July 31, 2006.
WHEREFORE, Movant Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, prays Your
Honorable Court for an Order extending the time to file an inventory in accordance with the
provisions of 20 Pa. C.S. ~5142 to July 31,2006.
