Thompson, of 4702 Courtland Street, Camp Hill (Hampden Township, Cumberland County), Pennsylvania 17011, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made. ITEM I: I direct that all expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses, including my grave marker, shall be paid from my estate as soon as practicable after my decease, as part of the expense of the administration of my Estate. ITEM II: I direct that all taxes which may be levied upon property passed under thi~ Will and outside this Will shall be paid as an expense of the administration of my Estate. ITEM Ill: Any automobile that I may own shall be sold and the proceeds shall be distributed in the same manner as provided in Item IV. ITEM IV: I hereby give, devise and bequeath my entire estate whether real, personal and/or mixed, wherever situate, unto the following individuals per stirpes, in the percentages of my estate as indicated: (1 ) Forty (40%) percent to my daughter, Connie L.
