Defendant has made sporadic and irregular payments, if any, which have been applied to the outstanding balance of this account. Defendant's last payment made on this account was on April 2, 2003. 7. As of the date of the within Complaint, the Temaining balance due, owing and unpaid on Defendant's account, as a result of phone use by said Defendant and/or any authorized users is the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Six and 09/100 ($1,276,09) Dollars. 8. Pursuant to the Account Agreement and/or applicable Pennsylvania law, any unpaid and/or delinquent balances on said account shall continue to bear interest at the rate of ]8.00% percent. 9.
