THIS A~mE]~NT made the ~9 of March,
WR STANSFI~.LD CONSTRUCTION, INC.,
2002, by and between
GARY J. HOKE and STEPHANIE A. HOK~, hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby the former undertook and a~reed to erect and
construct a single family dwelling on that certain lot of ground
situate in
505 Holly Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, Cumberland County
NOW T~E~-EFORE,.THIS A~RE~MENT WITN~SSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and
all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that
no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by
them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens Or claims
against the said buildings or any of them, and aBa-ee that this
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent
covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Silver Spring
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being designated as
Lot No. 2 on that certain Final Subdivision Plan for Dennis Hoke,
dated August 13, 2001, prepared by Hartman and Associates, Inc.,
Engineers and Surveyors, and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in
Plan Book 84, Page 150, and being more particularly bounded and
described as per said plan, as follows, to wit:
PROCEEDING from a prime point as marked by a concrete monument
set at the westerly point of lands of the said Dennis Hoke and
Linda L. Hoke, his wife, and at a northwesterly corner of lands
now or formerly of Almeda Ward, the said Ward lands being
designated as Lot No. 1 in the plan found in Plan Book 69, Page
126 in the said Recorder's Office; thence proceeding from said
concret~ monument along the easterly lineof lands now or formerly
of Wayne R. Conrad, the said Conrad lands being designated as Lot
No. 1 in the plan found in Plan Book 47, Page 127 in the said
Recorder's Office, North 34 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East, a
distance of 62.95 feet to a point on said easterly line, which
point shall be considered to be and shall constitute the point
and place of BEGINNING; thence from said point and place,
continuing along the easterly line of said Conrad lands North 34
degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 300.00 feet to
a point; thence along lands of the said Dennis Hoke and Linda L.
Hoke South 55 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of
200.00 feet to a point; thence continuing along lands of the said
Dennis Hoke and Linda L. Hoke South 34 degrees 45 minutes 00
seconds West, a distance of 187.44 feet to a point on the
northerly right of way line of a twenty (20) feet wide access
easement, now partially improved by a macadam drive; thence along
said northerly right of way line North 89 degrees 30 minutes 00
seconds West, a distance of 200.00 feet to a point; thence moving
away from said point on a line parallel to the northerly line of
this said Lot No. 2, North 55 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West,
a distance of 34.68 feet to the aforesaid point and place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.164 Acres.
BEING both benefitted by and burdened by the terms and
covenants of a certain right of way agreement by and between the
Grantors and Grantees herein, dated March 6, 2002, which is
recorded in the Recorder's Office aforesaid in Misc. Book 685,
Page 2548.
THERE IS NO conveyance of any part of the bed of the said
right of way intended to be conveyed to Grantees herein,
expressly or by implication.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Dennis Hoke and Linda L. Hoke,
by deed to be recorded simultaneously herewith in the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office to grant and convey unto Gary
James Hoke and Stephanie Anne Hoke.
