The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim
against TIMOTHY L. SOWERS and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 155 B
STREET and having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.)
Curb & Sidewalk Repairs $41.50
Ten Percent Contract Administration Fee $ 4.15
Solicitor's Fee $ 90.00
Grand Total $135.65
Together with court filing costs and interest sec. leg. from July 2005, the date of
completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 7 Joseph Drive in
Carlisle, PA on November 25, 2005. The said services were provided by the Borough
of Carlisle and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the
Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et.
sea., 53 P.S. Section 46801 et seq., Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter 120,
and/or Article V of Chapter 223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

BETWEEN MICHAEL C. DIEHL, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter
(Grantor)
and TIMOTHY L. SOWERS, single person, of Cumberland County,
Pennsvlvania hereinafter
(Grantee)
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of Seventy-five Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars
and 00/100 (75.00) Dollars in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, he said grantor does hereby grant and convey to the said
grantee, his heirs and assigns.
ALL that certain house and lot of ground situate in the Fifth Ward of the Borough
of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BOUNDED on the South by "B" Street; on the West by lot now or formerly of Russell
E. Stum; on the North by a 16 foot alley; and on the East by lot now or formerly of
Ellsworth M. Gardiner.
CONTAINING 25 feet in front on said "B" Street, and extending at an even depth
150 feet to said alley.
BEING Lot No. 14, Block 11 on Plan of Lots known as "Plan of Carlisle Land and
Improvement Co.", said Plan being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Misc. Docket
11, Page 572, and being known as No. 155 "B" Street.
BEING the same premises which Donald E. Diehl, by Deed dated August 10, 1995,
which Deed is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County in Deed Book 126, Page 622, granted and conveyed to
Michael C. Diehl, Grantor herein.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to such easements, restrictions and conditions that may
apply to the afore-described tract of land, recorded or unrecorded.

AND the said Grantor Michael C. Diehl, hereby covenants and agrees that
he will warrant specially the property hereby conveyed. Brooke E. Diehl joins in
this deed solely to release and quit claim any interest she may have in the
property as wife of Michael C. Diehl.
