contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

ALL that certain tract of land situate in West Pennsboro Town-
ship, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in
accordance with Draft shown on Sheet No. 1 of two sheets prepared
by Carl D. Bert, Registered Surveyor, as a Plan of Land Subdivision
for H. Orville Heisey, which Plan is dated May 5, 1987, and was
recorded on June 2, 1987, in the hereinafter named Recorder's
Office in Plan Book 53, Page 30, which Plan is incorporate~ herein
by reference, and a copy of a portion of Sheet. No. 1 reduced in
size is attached hereto, as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly exterior line
formerly of the Pennsylvania Railroad and now or formerly of
Consolidated Railroad Corporation and the centerline of .J:,. R. 21003
known as Mount Rock Road; thence along the centerline of said Mount
Rock Road, North 36 degrees 14 minutes West a distance of 734.30
feet to a railroad spike at the southern corner of Lot No. 4 now or
formerly of Terry G. Daniel and wife described in Cumberland County
Deed Book 32 "s" 742; thence along line of said Lot No. 4 the
following four (4) courses and distances: (ll North 11 degrees 17
minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 530.45 feet to an iron pin;
(2) North 12 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of
287.00 feet to an iron pin; (3) North 88 degrees 56 minutes 37
seconds West a distance of 10.00 feet to an iron pin; and (4)
North 01 degrees 03 minutes 23 seconds East a distance of 515.50
feet to an existing iron pin at the southwestern corner of Lot No.
2 as shown on Final Subdivision Plan for H. Orville Heisey and wife
dated January 19/ 1984, and recorded in the hereinafter named
Recorder's Office in Plan Book 45, Page 72, which Lot No.2 is now
or formerly of Gregory J. Young as described in Deed Book 30"Q"796;
thence along the southern line of said Lot No. 2 and continuing
along the southern line of Lot No. 3 as shown on said Plan recorded
in Plan Book 45, Page 72, which Lot No,. 3 is also rIDW or formerly

degrees 43 minutes 16 seconds East a distance of 341.01 feet to an
iron pin at the Southeastern corner of said Lot No.3; thence along

North of the land now or formerly of consolidated Railroad Corpora-
tion as shown on said Plan of Land Subdivision dated May 5, 1987,
and recorded June 2, 1987, in CUluberland County Plan Book 53, Page
30.

1988, 1n the Off1ce of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book s. Volume 3~ Page 743,
g:anted and conveye~ to Ralph E. Wax and patricia L. Wax, husband and
w1fe, Grantees here1n.
SO MUCH of the above descr.ibed tract of land as lies within 30
feet of the original centerline of'L. R..21003 known as Mount Rook
Road, and. within 25 feet of the original centerline of Township
Road T-407 known as LeFever Road, has been dedicated as portions of
the rights-of-way of said roads as shown on said Final Plan of Land
subdivision for H. Orville Heisey recorded in said Plan Book 53,
Page 30, and as recorded in Plan Book 45/ Page 72.
