Dear Ms. Strasbaugh:
I represent the Estate of patricia A. Donsbach. Enclosed is
a check made payable to the Pa. Dept. of Revenue in the amount of
$3,100.00, same constituting a partial prepayment at discount on
account of pennsylvania inheritance taxes in the above-captioned
estate. Please date-stamp the enclosed copy of this letter as of
the postmark date of our envelope and return to me, along with
the appropriate receipt for the prepayment in the self-addressed
and stamped envelope which is also enclosed.
The check has been made payable to the Pa. Department of
Revenue. Pursuant to our telephone call with Roger today, this
check can be accepted for payment of the Inheritance Tax
Prepayment. Roger also advised that the postmark date will be
used as the date of receipt of the prepayment.
Your time and consideration in this matter are greatly
appreciated.
