All inheritance, estate, and succession taxes (including interest and penalties thereon, but not
including any generation skipping tax) payable by reason of my death shall be paid out of and be
charged generally against the principal of my residuary estate without reimbursement from any
person. This provision is not a waiver of any right which my Executor has to claim reimbursement
for any such taxes which become payable as the result of any property over which I have the power
of appointment.

I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal and mixed as follows:
A. To my niece, Diane Saifyrd, I give and bequeath all of my fine and costume jewelry,
except for the specific items I have identified later in this Will. I also give her my sterling silver
dresser set. This is an outright bequest to Diane, but it is my hope and intention that she will make
arrangements to pass on these items to a female Jacobs' descendant at her death, or at anytime she
deems appropriate. Many of these pieces I inherited through the family and I would like them to
remain in the Jacobs' family.
B. The pearl necklace lawn, I give and bequeath to Anna Rosen. Anna is the

C. My 14 karat turtle pin with small rubies and diamond chips, I give and bequeath to
Anne Daley. Anne's parents gave me this pin, and I would like her to have it at the time of my death.
D. My Waterford millennium champagne flutes and wine coaster I give and bequeath
to Anne M. Carey. Since the Daleys and the Careys originally gave me the champagne flutes over
a number of years, these flutes should be returned to that clan. They can observe New Year's Day
tradition that was started on January 1, 2000, and drink the five toasts that" we all drank together on
that day.
E. All silver, sterling and otherwise, including flatware, my tea and coffee service and
holloware, excepting the sterling silver dresser set I have identified above, I give and bequeath to
Kathleen Carey Daley. I am giving this to Kathleen because I feel that she would most appreciate
these items. She has the same flatware pattern as I do, as I was instrumental in providing her with
her sterling, and I would like her to have my items as well. None of the items that I am providing
to her could be considered to be family silver.
F. I give and bequeath to Richard Winters Jacobs my cut-glass crystal and any glass
obj ects that are cobalt blue. I think he would most appreciate these items, as he collects these items
and many of the items that I have were initially iny sister, Catherine's. For that reason, I would like
to have them remain.in the family.
G. I direct that t.l}e follo\ving entities each receive the identified bequest to be used for
their established charitable purposes:

RE: Estate of Doris J. Watson
Dear Ms. Daley:
In accordance with your request, I have appraised the personal property of Doris J.
Watson, Deceased. The property is located at 3600 Logan Court, Unit 2-A, Camp
Hill, PA.
The values shown have been arrived at after a careful study of the property. I
believe it to reflect a true measure of its market value as of November 17, 2005.
Market value is defined as being the most reasonable or probable price in terms of
money that real or personal property will bring in an open and competitive market
under all conditions requisite to a fair sale, the buyer and seller each acting
prudently and knowledgeably, and assuming the price is not affected by undue
stimulus.
Taking into account all of the factors set forth in the pages that follow, it is the
opinion of the undersigned that the fair market value of the personal property is Ten
Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Dollars ($10,870.00.)
Employment in and compensation for making this appraisal are in no manner
contingent upon the value reported and I certify that I have no financial interest in
the property appraised, present or contemplated.
Very truly yours,
KrIuIl!~
Robert A. Ensminger
