Article I My just debts and expenses of my last illness, funeral, and administration afmy estate shall be paid by my Executor from the principal of my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my death. I have written this Will and provided it to my attorney, Kathleen Carey Daley, with the express terms contained herein. I have not asked for her advice concerning this Will, and I have made the provisions for my beneficiaries herein as my free and voluntary act. I acknowledge that I have made specific bequests to Kathleen and to members of her family. I have done so with full freedom of disposition of my property, and withqut consultation or influence from her, or from any melnber of her family. o . .-; (J ("-.-:: ;:-Q . This provision is not a waiver of any right which my Executor has to claim reimbursement for any such taxes which become payable as the result of any property over which I have the power of appointment. Article ill I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal and mixed as follows: A. To my niece, Diane Saifyrd, I give and bequeath all of my fine and costume jewelry, except for the specific items I have identified later in this Will. I also give her my sterling silver dresser set. Watson Dear Ms. Daley: In accordance with your request, I have appraised the personal property of Doris J. Watson, Deceased. The property is located at 3600 Logan Court, Unit 2-A, Camp Hill, PA. The values shown have been arrived at after a careful study of the property. I believe it to reflect a true measure of its market value as of November 17, 2005. Market value is defined as being the most reasonable or probable price in terms of money that real or personal property will bring in an open and competitive market under all conditions requisite to a fair sale, the buyer and seller each acting prudently and knowledgeably, and assuming the price is not affected by undue stimulus. Taking into account all of the factors set forth in the pages that follow, it is the opinion of the undersigned that the fair market value of the personal property is Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Dollars ($10,870.00.) Employment in and compensation for making this appraisal are in no manner contingent upon the value reported and I certify that I have no financial interest in the property appraised, present or contemplated.
