Murray, ("Disclaimant") respectfully states that: 1. Marian M. Murray ("Decedent") died testate on July 14, 2005, a resident of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and Letters Testamentary were granted on her estate to Philip R. Murray by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on September 19, 2005. 2. Under Paragraph Fourth of her Last Will and Testament, Decedent established a Credit Trust for the possible disclaimer of her assets by her surviving husband into said Credit Trust. 3. Philip R. Murray, husband, elected to disclaim a portion of his wife's estate to the Credit Trust established under said Last Will and Testament. 4. Under the terms of the Credit Trust, Charles E. Murray, as a surviving son has the right to assets of the Trust during her lifetime and during the lifetime of his father, decedent's survIvIng spouse. 5. Charles E. Murray, surviving son and beneficiary under the Credit Trust, hereby wishes to disclaim any interest he may have in said Credit Trust during the lifetime of his father, decedent's surviving spouse. Charles E. Murray wishes however to maintain his remainderman interest. NOW THEREFORE, intending to be legally bound, the undersigned, Charles E.
