Weaver dba Ridgeview Custom Homes, LLC Contractor STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS WHEREA~, Scott A. Moyer and Veronda L. Moyer, Owners, have executed contemporaneousl3 herewith, a contract with Herbert G. Weaver, dba Ridgeview Custom Homes, LLC., for the construction of an single family ~dwelling upon a lot of land situate in Monroe Township, Ctanberland County, Pennsylvania, as more fully set forth in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, /lq/} ~ 7_ ~/ ,2002, atthe time ct'and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authorily has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the contract with Owners and llae further consideration of One Dollar, to the Contractor, paid by the Owners, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building or real estate by the contractor, or any sub-contractor nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection, construction and renovation of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. LLC Contractor ALL that certain tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and more particularly identified as follows: LOT NO. 26 on the Final Subdivision Plan for LISBURN MEADOWS ESTATES - NORTH, Phase I, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland Couhty, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 77, Page 37 et. seq. BEGINNING at a point on the north side of North Loop Road (50 feet wide fight of way) at the dividing line between Lot No. 23 and Lot No. 26 of the aforementioned subdivision plan; thence along said dividing line North 49 degees 15 minutes 57 seconds West a distance of 350.00 feet to a point along the dividing line between Lot No. 16 and Lot No. 26 of the aforementioned subdivision plan; thence along said dividing line North 40 degrees 44 minutes 03 seconds East a distance of 262.00 feet to a point at common comer of Lot No. 12, Lot No. 14, Lot No. 16, Lot No. 26 and Lot No. 28; thence along the dividing line beW~een Lot No. 26 and Lot No. 28 South 49 de~ees 15 minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 350.00 feet to a point along the northern side of North Loop Road (50 feet wide right of way); thence along said North Loop Road (50 feet right of way) South 40 degrees 44 minutes 03 seconds West a distance of 262.00 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 23 and Lot No. 26, the point and place of BEGINNING. BEiNG Lot No. 26 of the aforementioned plan and containing 91,700.00 square feet or 2.11 acres. Exhibit A
