Second: We have petitioned the court to allow for a prepaid burial account, upon approval of the same, the insurances held in the account will be cashed and the proceeds used toward the payment of the prepaid burial expenses. Third: As we were not given a lump sum of money without determination of income and principal at the onset of the Guardianship, principal was expended. We have petitioned the court to allow further expenditure of Principal in order to meet anticipated expenses.
