STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

hereinafter referred to as Ownet,
Whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single family dwelling on that certain lot
of ground situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, known as Lot 59, Heritage Valley
Subdivision, said Plan recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 69, Page 78.
Being further identified as Tax Parcel No. {Jg- - J J - 0::/1 I.f - J ~ I
NOW THEREFORE, nns AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in
coll5ideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves
and then- subrontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenillt and agree that no mechanic's
liens Dr claims shall be tiled or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any wo~kdp~9rmat~s furnished by them ~'anyof
them under said contract or othC!Wise. for, towards, in, or about the ereCtion and construction of the said
buildings on tb.e lot above-dest-nbed, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and otb.ers
under them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liellS
Or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this lllStrllment, waiving the right of lien,
shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with the
Subdivision Plan for Heritage Valley prepared by Statler-Brehm Associates, Ine.,
dated October 13, 1993, a copy of which consisting of ten pages was recorded
on February 10, 1995, in the hereinafter named Recorder's Office in Plan Book
69, Page 78, ete., which Plan is incorporated herein by reference, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of 50 foot wide Dannah Drive at the
dividing line between Lot No. 58 and Lot No. 59; thence along said northern line
of 50 foot wide Dannah Drive the following two courses and distances; (1) by a
curve to the right having a radius of 475.00 feet an arc distance of 168.07 feet
to a point; and (2) South 86 degrees 18 minutes 13 second West a distance of
108.34 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 59 and Lot No. 60;
thence along said dividing line between Lot No. 59 and Lot No. 60, North 03
degrees 41 minutes 47 seconds West a distance of 345.36 feet to a point on the
southern line of Lot No. 53; thence along a portion of the southern line of said
Lot No. 53 and continuing along a portion of the southern line of Lot No. 54,
North 86 degrees 18 minutes 13 seconds East a distance of 108.34 feet to a
point; thence still continuing along the southern line of Lot No. 54, North 80
degrees 42 minutes 13 seconds East a distance of 46.61 feet to a point at the
dividing line between Lot No. 58 and Lot No. 59; thence along said dividing line
between Lot No. 58 and Lot No. 59, South 24 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds
East a distance of 341.58 feet to a point on the northern line of said 50 feet
wide Dannah Drive, the point and place of BEGINNING.
TIlE ABOVE-DESCRIBED lot of land is all of Lot No. 59 as shown on said
Subdivision Plan for Heritage Valley recorded as aforesaid, and contains an area
of 74,468.60 square feet, or 1.71 acres, more or less.
BEING the same premises which Robert G. Frey, Executor of the Last Will and
Testament of Linwood B. Phillips, Jr., by Deed dated April 24, 2006 and to
be recorded herewith, granted and conveyed Untjo Earl D. Bock, II and Lorraine
W. Bock, husband and wife.
