EXHIBIT "A" ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel ofland situate in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the southern right-of-way line of Allen Glen Drive (50' wide) at the intersection with the easterly right-of-way line of Glen Court (50' wide); thence along said southern right-of-way on Allen Glen Drive, by a curve to the left having a radius of 775.00 feet and a chord bearing North 83 degrees 54 minutes 44 seconds East, a distance of 200.33 feet to a point; thence continuing along same North 76 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 14.37 feet to a point at line of Lot No.7; thence along the dividing line between Lot No.6 and Lot No.7 South 13 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 427.72 feet to a point at line of other lands now or formerly of Mann Realty Associates, Inc., known as Phase 2 of Allen Glen; thence along said phase line, South 32 degrees 5 minutes 36 seconds West, a distance of 405.76 feet to a point, being the dividing line between Lot No.6 and Lot No.5; thence along said dividing line North 40 degrees 00 minutes 5 seconds West, a distance of 436.98 feet to a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Glen Court; thence along esaid right-of-way line, by a curve to the left, having a radius of 425.00 feet, an arc length of 334.36 feet and a chord bearing North 27 degrees 27 minutes 37 seconds East, a distance of325.81 feet to a concrete monument; thence continuing along same North 4 degrees 55 minutes 18 seconds East, a distance of 88.67 feet to a concrete monument at the beginning of a curve for the intersection with the southerly right-of-way line of Allen Glen Drive; thence along said line by a curve to the right having a radius of25.00 feet, an arc length of37.71 feet and a chord bearing South 48 degrees 07 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 34.23 feet to a concrete monument on the southern right-of-way line of Allen Glen Drive, the place of BEGINNING.
