FIRST I direct that all my debts, including the expenses of my last illness, and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as may conveniently be done. I appoint HEIDI PRA YON guardian of any funds that pass to SARAH MORGAN with those funds to be held by her for SARAH with the principal and income to be distributed when she attains the age of majority. The guardian shall not be required to post bond or file accountings. THIRD I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate as follows: To DONALD R.
