MOTION TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE
1. The undersigned filed a petition to withdraw on March 16, 2006, because of serious
disagreement between the Administratrix and the undersigned regarding both the manner
in which final distributions are to be made and the amount of those distributions.
2. On March 21, 2006, this Court issued a Rule to Show Cause why the relief
requested should not be granted, the Rule being returnable within ten days.
3. The Administratrix signed for the certified mailing of the Rule on April 4, 2006.
4. The undersigned has not received any replies to the Rule to Show Cause, and does
not believe that the record contains any replies.
5. The undersigned believes and therefore avers that he should be allowed to
withdraw because of the circumstances described above.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned requests this Honorable Court to enter an Order
making its previous Rule absolute, and permitting the undersigned to withdraw, along with
providing any other relief the Court deems appropriate.
