copy of the Inheritance Tax Return and return a copy, time-stamped, to my office. A return
envelope with postage has been enclosed for the return of the time-stamped copies to my office.
I am also enclosing a check payable to you in the amount of $30.00 to cover the filing fee
for these documents. A check in the amount of $2,967.66 is also enclosed payable to you as
"Agent" for the Department of Revenue, representing the inheritance tax due.

surviving spouse is 3% [72 P.S. 99116 (a) (1.1) (i)].

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CLARA G. EISLEY
I.
I, Clara G. Eisley, residing at New Cumberland, Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind ;.J ,""'1 in the contemplation of the certainty of death,
do hereby declare t~ ..;1strument to be my last will and testament.
I direct that !y executor, hereinafter named, shall pay all my
just debts and funera_ expenses as soon as practical after my demise.
II.
I hereby revoke all previous wills and codicils.
III.
I direct that the disposition of my remains be as follows:
I DIRECT THAT MY REMAINS BE CREAMATED and be buried next to my
husband's remains in the family plot located in East Oak Grove cemetary
in Morgantown, West Virginia.
IV.
I give all the rest and residue of my estate as follows:
To Suzanne Elaine Vanderbilt $10,000 of my estate IN TRUST
NEVERTHELESS FOR Duncan S. Vanderbilt, TO HOLD AND INVEST FOR, UNTIL
Duncan shall reach 35 YEARS OF AGE. At which time the corpus and
proceeds of this trust shall be given to Duncan. Prior to Duncan's 35th
Birthdate, the trustee shall have broad discretion to use the earnings
of this trust as well as the corpus in order for Duncan to purchase a
home, continue education, and for medical or other unforseen situations
where this money could be of some help to Duncan.
To Suzanne Elaine Vanderbilt $10,000 of my estate IN TRUST
NEVERTHELESS FOR Mlchelle E. Vanderbilt, TO HOLD AND INVEST FOR, UNTIL
Michelle shall reach 35 YEARS OF AGE. At which time the corpus and the
proceeds of this trust shall be given to Michelle. Prior to Michelle's
35th Birthdate, the trustee shall have broad discretion to use the
earnings of this trust as well as the corpus in order for Michelle to
purchase a home, continue education, and for medical or other unforseen
situations where this money could be of some help to Michelle.
To Sarah Ellen Desmond $10,000 of my estate IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS
FOR Richard E. Desmond, TO HOLD AND INVEST FOR, UNTIL Richard shall
reach 35 YEARS OF AGE. At which time the corpus and proceeds of this

To the Baughman United Methodist Church located now or formerly at 228
Bridge Street New Cumberland, Pa. 17070.: $1,000 to be used by the
leaders of the church in such a manner as to fulfill the church's
ministries.
To Sarah Ellen Desmond: 50% of rest and remainder of my estate per
Stirpes
To Suzanne Elaine Vanderbilt: 50% of the rest and remainder of my estate
per Stirpes
If Sarah Ellen Desmond is unable or unwilling to act as trustee over
Richard's or Robert's Trusts mentioned above, then Suzanne Elaine
Vanderbilt shall act as trustee.
If Suzanne Elaine Vanderbilt is unable or unwilling to act as trustt
over Duncan's or Mlchelle's Trusts mentioned above, then Sarah Ellen
Desmond shall act as trustee.
If Neither Suzanne Elaine Vandrbilt nor Sarah Ellen Desmond are able or
willing to act as trustee over the trusts mentioned above, then the
executor of this will, or the administrator of my estate, shall act as
trustee of the above mentioned trusts.
Should my Estate have any value after the dispersements listed above are
completed, I give all the rest and residue of my estate to my heirs as
determined by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, relating to
