Legal action in behalf of the Estate regarding In alleged claim of Arthur Brown, Jr. excess of $200,000.00. An lllegation by Mr. Brown that there was a Special Trust created :or him allegedly, which is disputed by the Estate. 2. A claim in excess of $35,000.00 by IRS alleging 1 deficient Income Tax Return filed for the year of 2003 under :he stewardship of Charles A. Lorenz, Power of Attorney. 3. Over $200,000.00 in checks and funds from )fficial records of banking institutions not accounted for by :harles A. Lorenz, Power of Attorney; and requires legal action ~egarding the fiduciary duty of the said Power of Attorney to write checks to persons that were no benefit to Wilma C. Brown; and the failure to properly apply nursing home insurance payments for her care. The remaining personal property bequeathed to Charles A. Lorenz has been received by Debbie D. Lorenz, his mother, for him. 4. Because Alexander is a minor, all steps must be taken to see that his share is properly reflected. As to the personal property bequeathed to him in the said Will, the items remaining have been received by Debbie D. Lorenz, his mother, for him. 5.
