ORDER
AND NOW, this tS ~ day of May, 2006, upon consideration of the Petition of C.
Thomas Parker, it is hereby ordered and decreed that Petitioner shall receive the distribution of
property of the Estate of Constance F. Parker, deceased, as surviving spouse and sole beneficiary,
subject, however, to deductions for any amounts found to be due the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania for inheritance tax purposes and payment to outstanding creditors. Petitioner is
hereby authorized to receive, collect and distribute the property as herein set forth and to make
any and all necessary assignments and transfers.
