For dates of death on or after January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is 0% [72 P.S. S 9116 (a) (1.1) (ii))
The statute does not exempt a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements for disdosure of assets and filing a tax return are still applicable even if
the surviving spouse is the only beneficiary.

The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural parent, an adoptive parent,
or a stepparent of the child is 0% [72 P .S. S 9116(a)( 1.2)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is 4.5%, except as noted in 72 P.S. 9 9116(1.2) [72 P.S. g9116(a)(1)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is 12% (72 P.S. S 9116(a)(1.3)]. A sibling is defined, under Section 9102, as an
individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.

ARTICLE FOUR
Appointment of Personal Representative, Executor or Executrix
I hereby appoint DOREEN WINCHELL and DANNY MYERS, as Personal
Representatives of my estate and this Will. In the event my Personal Representatives shall
predecease me, or, for any reason, shall fail to qualify or cease to act as my Personal
Representatives, then I hereby appoint PAUL E. MYERS, SR. to serve as successor Personal
Representative of my estate and Will.
The term "Personal Representative", as used in this Will, shall be deemed to mean and
include "Personal Representative", "Executor" or "Executrix".
ARTICLE FIVE
Waiver of Bond, Inventory, Accounting, Reporting and Approval
My Personal Representative and successor Personal Representative shall serve without
any bond, and I hereby waive the necessity of preparing or filing any inventory, accounting,
appraisal, reporting, approvals or final appraisement of my estate.
ARTICLE SIX
Powers of Personal Representative, Executor and Executrix
I direct that my Personal Representative shall have broad discretion in the administration
of my Estate, without the necessity of Court approval. I grant unto my Personal Representative,
all powers that are allowed to be exercised by Personal Representatives by the laws of the
State of PENNSYLVANIA and to the extent not prohibited by the laws of PENNSYLVANIA, the
following additional powers:
1. To exercise all of the powers, rights and discretions granted by virtue of any
"Uniform Trustees' Powers Law," and/or "Probate Code" adopted by the State of
PENNSYLVANIA.
2. To compromise claims and to abandon property which, in my Executor's opinion
is of little or no value.
3. To purchase or otherwise acquire and to retain any and all stocks, bonds, notes
or other securities, or shares or interests in investment trusts and common trust funds, or in any
other property, real, personal or mixed, as my Personal Representative may deem advisable,
whether or not such investments or property be of the character permissible by fiduciaries,
without being liable to any person for such retention or investment.
4. To settle, adjust, dissolve, windup or continue any partnership or other entity in
which I may own a partnership or equity interest at the time of my death, subject, however, to
the terms of any partnership or other agreement to which I am a party at the time of my death. I
authorize my Personal Representative to continue in any partnership or other entity for such
periods and upon such terms as they shall determine. My Personal Representative shall not be
disqualified by reason of being a partner, equity owner or title holder in such firm from

participating on behalf of my estate in any dealings herein authorized to be carried on between
my Personal Representative and the partners or equity owners of any such partnership or other

5. To lease, sale, or offer on a lease purchase, any real or personal property for I
such time and upon such terms and conditions in such manner as may be deemed advisable by
my Personal Representative, all without court approval.
6. To sell, exchange, assign, transfer and convey any security or property, real or
personal, held in my estate, or in any trust, at public or private sale, at such ti111e and price and
upon such terms and conditions (including credit) as m'y Personal Representative may deenl
advisable and for the best interest of my estate, or any trust. I hereby waive any requirelnellt of
issuing summons, giving notice of any hearing, conducting or holding any such hearing, filing
bond or other security, or in any way obtaining court authority or approval for any such sale,
exchange, assignment, transfer or conveyance of any real or personal property.
~ 7 . To pay all necessary expenses of administering the estate and any trust

to reimburse said parties for expenses incurred on behalf of the estate or any trust hereunder.
8. Unless otherwise specifically provided, to make distributions (including the
satisfaction of any pecuniary bequest) in cash or in specific property, real or personal, or in an
undivided interest therein, or partly in cash and partly in other property, and to do so with or
without regard to the income tax basis of specific property allocated to any beneficiary and
without making pro rata distributions of specific assets.
9. To determine what is principal and what is income with respect to all receipts and
disbursements; to establish and maintain reserves for depreciation, depletion, obsolescence,
taxes, insurance premiums, and any other purpose deemed necessary and proper by them and
to partite and to distribute property of the estate or trust in kind or in undivided interests, and to
determine the value of such property.
10. To participate in any plan of reorganization, consolidation, dissolution,
redemption, or similar proceedings involving assets comprising my estate or any trust created
hereunder, and to deposit or withdraw securities under any such proceedings.
11. To perform such acts, to participate in such proceedings and to exercise such
other rights and privileges in respect to any property, as if she or he were the absolute owner
thereof, and in connection therewith to enter into and execute any and all agreements binding
my estate and any trust created hereunder.
12. To compromise, settle or adjust any claim or demand by or against my estate, or
any trust, to litigate any such claims, including, without limitation, any claims relating to estate or
income taxes, or agree to rescind or modify any contract or agreement.
13. To borrow money from such source or sources and upon such terms and
conditions as my Personal Representative shall determine, and to give such security therefore
as my Personal Representative may determine.
All authorities and powers hereinabove granted unto my Personal Representative shall
be exercised from time to time in her or his sole and absolute discretion and without prior

authority or approval of any Court, and I intend that such powers be construed in the broadest
possible extent.
ARTICLE SEVEN
Construction Intentions
It is my intent that this Will be interpreted according to the following provisions:
1 . The masculine gender shall be deemed to include the feminine as well as the
neuter, and vice versa, as to each of them; the singular shall be deemed to include the plural,
and vice versa.

affected by undue stimulus. Implicit in this definition is the consummation of a sale as of a specified date and the passing of title from
seller to buyer under conditions whereby: (1) buyer and seller are typically motivated; (2) both parties are well informed or well advised,
and each acting in what he considers his own best interest; (3) a reasonable time is allowed for exposure in the open market; (4) payment
is made in terms of cash in U.S. dollars or in terms of financial arrangements comparable thereto; and (5) the price represents the normal
consideration for the property sold unaffected by special or creative financing or sales concessions. granted by anyone associated with the
sale. .
.Adjustments to the comparables must be made for special or creative financing or sales concessions. No adjustments are necessary for
those costs which are normally paid by sellers as a result of tradition or law in a market area; these costs are readily identifiable since the
seller pays these costs in virtually all sales transactions. Special or creative financing adjustments can be made to the comparable property
by comparisons to financing terms offered by a third party institutional lender that is not already involved in the property or transaction. Any
adjustment should not be calculated on a mechanical dollar for dollar cost of the financing or concession but the dollar amount of any
adjustment should approximate the market's reaction to the financing or concessions based on the Appraiser's judgment.
STATEMENT OF LIMITING CONDITIONS AND APPRAISER'S CERTIFICATION
CONTINGENT AND LIMITING CONDITIONS: The appraiser's certification that appears in the appraisal report is subject to the
following conditions:
1. The appraiser will not be responsible for matters of a legal nature that affect either the property being appraised or the title to it. The
__ appraiser assumes that the title is good and marketable and, therefore, will not render any opinions about the title. The property is appraised
on the basis of it being under responsible ownership.
2. The appraiser has provided a sketch in the appraisal report to show approximate dimensions of the improvements and the sketch is
included only to assist the reader of the report in visualizing the property and understanding the appraiser's determination of its size.
3. The appraiser has examined the available flood maps that are provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (or other data
sources) and has noted in the appraisal report whether the subject site is located in an identified Special Flood Hazard Area. Because the
appraiser is not a surveyor, he or she makes no guarantees, express or implied. regarding this determination.
4. The appraiser will not give testimony or appear in court because he or she made an appraisal of the property in question, unless specific
arrangements to do so have been made beforehand.
5. The appraiser has estimated the value of the land in the cost approach at its highest and best use and the improvements at their
contributory value. These separate valuations of the land and improvements must not be used in conjunction with any other apprais," and
are invalid if they are so used.
6. The appraiser has noted in the appraisal report any adverse conditions (such as, needed repairs, depreciation, the presence of hazardous
wastes, toxic substances, etc. ) observed during the inspection of the subject property or that he or she became aware of during the normal
research involved in performing the appraisal. Unless otherwise stated in the appraisal report, the appraiser has no knowledge of any hidden
or unapparent conditions of the property or adverse environmental conditions (including the presence of hazardous wastes. toxic
substances, etc. ) that would make the property more or less valuable, and has assumed that there are no such conditions and makes no
guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition of the property. The appraiser will not be responsible for any such
conditions that do exist or for any engineering or testing that might be required to discover whether such conditions exist. Because the
appraiser is not an expert in the field of environmental hazards, the appraisal report must not be considered as an environmental assessment
of the property.
7. The appraiser obtained the information, estimates. and opinions that were expressed in the appraisal report from sources that he or she
considers to be reliable and believes them to be true and correct. The appraiser does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of such
items that were fu'nished by other parties.
8. The appraiser will not disclose the contents of the appraisal report except as provided for in the Uniform Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice.
9. The appraiser has based his or her appraisal report and valuation conclusion for an appraisal that is subject to satisfactory completion,
repars, or alterations on the assumption that completion of the improvements will be performed in a workmanlike manner.
10. The appraiser must provide his or her prior written consent before the lender/client specified in the appraisal report can distribute the

6. I was not required to report a predetermined value or direction in value that favors the cause of the client or any related party,
the amount of the value estimate. the attainment of a specific result, or the occurrence of a subsequent event in order to receive my
compensation and/or employment for performing the appraisal. I did not base the appraisal report on a requested minimum valuation, a
specific valuation. or the need to approve a specific mortgage loan.
7. I performed this appraisal in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice that were adopted and

Rate Information
The interest rate for your account is :3. 2 ~ - % with an annual percentage yield
of "3> 3-d %. You will be paid this rate until the maturity date of the certificate. Your
certificate will mature on ~ J LBt ' 2(JCJ&. The annual percentage yield
assumes interest remains on deposit until maturity. A withdrawal will reduce earnings.
Interest begins to accrue on the business day you make a deposit.
Minimum Balance Requirement
You must deposit $1,000.00 to open this account.
You must maintain a minimum balance of $1 ,000.00 in your account every day to
obtain the annual percentage yield listed above.
Balance Computation Method
We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This
method applies a daily periodic rat to the principal in the account each day.
Transaction Limitations
After the account is opened, you may not make deposits into the account.
Early Withdrawal Penalty
If you make a withdrawal before the maturity date, a forfeiture of three (3)
month's interest will be charged to your account. If the amount withdrawn has been on
deposit for less than three (3) months, all interest is forfeited and a reduction of principal
will occur.
A certificate of deposit is limited to three (3) partial withdrawals per term of the
certificate. Partial funds cannot be withdrawn if the remaining certificate balance would
be less than the minimum for the term as originally written. Should this occur, the
certificate must be closed. Penalty for partial withdrawal will apply to the amount
withdrawn.
Should you make a partial withdrawal on your certificate and the balance of the
certificate goes below the minimum required for your interest option, it will be necessary
to select a different interest option based on the certificate balance remaining.
Renewal Policy
This account will be automatically renewed at maturity. You will have a grace
period often (10) calendar days after the maturity date to withdraw funds without being
charged a penalty.
Exceptions
Upon the death of any owner of a certificate of deposit, or if the depositor has
been judicially declared mentally incompetent, we can pay the certificate before maturity
without forfeiture of interest or penalty.
