Bogar, Esquire and Jennifer B. Hipp, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against TAMMY E. HOLLINGER and DAVID COCHRAN, single adult individuals, owning property located at 1380 zimmerman Road, Carlisle, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013, their last known mailing address being: 1380 zimmerman Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 17013. TAMMY E. HOLLINGER and DAVID COCHRAN, single individuals, are the owners of all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows: ALL that certain piece or parcel of ground situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point marked by a nail at the intersection of the center line of Shuman Drive (T-551) with the center line of Zimmerman Road (T-5553), thence by the center line of Zimmerman Road, North 79 degrees, 12 minutes, 10 seconds West, four hundred seventy-one and sixty-eight hundredths (471.68) feet to a point; thence by other lands of the Grantors, North 10 degrees 47 minutes 50 seconds East, three hundred four and forty-five hundredths (304.45) feet to a point; thence by the same, South 79 degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds East, three hundred eighty-six and seventy-eight hundredths (386.78) feet to a point in the center line of Shuman Drive; thence by the center line of Shuman Drive, South 04 degrees 47 minutes 10 seconds East, three hundred sixteen and seven hundredths (316.07) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING. BEING the same premises which Tammy E. Hollinger, single individual, by deed dated November 18, 2004 and recorded January 10, 2005, in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 267, Page 440, granted and conveyed unto Tammy E. Hollinger and David Cochran, single individuals, owners. Tax Parcel No. 22-10-0640-039A Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed from November 18, 2004 through and including March 31, 2006 (fourth quarter calendar year 2004 through and including first quarter calendar year 2006). Said Authority services and sewer -2- rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipal Authority imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by this Authority's sewer systems; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to TAMMY E. HOLLINGER and DAVID COCHRAN for sewerage due to be treated from November 18, 2004 through and including March 31, 2006 (fourth quarter calendar year 2004 through and including first quarter calendar year 2006), which services total is in the amount of $1,127.82, which sum was duly assessed against TAMMY E. HOLLINGER and DAVID COCHRAN, and the real property described herein from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10%) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above-described real property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, -3- ~7, as amended, 53 P.S. ~7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens) .
