Carothers and Emma L. Carothers for 100 Meadowbrook Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3 A description of the property against which it is fIled is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A", with an address of 100 Meadowbrook Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is fIled is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq. 5 The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer hook-up fees pursuant to an agreement between the parties against the above described property in the amount of $7,635.00. Unger and wife; thence from said point at the Place of Beginning along line of said land now or formerly of Eaul E. Unger, North 88 degrees West a distance of 140 feet to a point in line of land now or formerly of George H. Myers, Jr.; thence along line of said land now or formerly of .George H. Myers, Jr., North 02 degrees East, a distance of 75 feet to a point in line of land now or formerly of Lois N. Downes; thence along line of said land now or formerly of Lois N. THE ABOVE described tract of land is conveyed under and subject to the same building and use restrictions set forth in the deed from Frank S. Cohick and Lois J. Cohick, his wife, to Clair E. Myers and Betty H.
