Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for water and sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed is Dennis L. Calaman and Donna M. Calaman 1510 Newville Road,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

A description Of the property against which it is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit
"A" , with an address of1510 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16,1923, PoL. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer hook-up fees pursuant to an agreement
between the parties against the above described property in the amount of $6,775.00.

ALL that certain tract of land with the improvements thereon
erected situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland county,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with survey made
by William B. Whittock, Professional Engineer, on July 22, 1969,
as follows:

BECINNING at a point in the center line of thirty-three (33) feet
wide Route 641 known as Newville Road, which point at the place of
beginning is Two .Hundred Thirty-six .(236) feet West of the center
line of Meadowbrook Road measured along the center line of said
Route 641; thence from said point at the place of beginning
through Lot No. 5 of the hereinafter n~ntioned Plan of Lots, South
120 15' West, a distance of two Hundred Ten (210) feet to a point;
thence along line of land now or formerly of Lois J. Cohick, North
770 45' West, a distance of Seventy-five (75) feet to a point;
thence still along line of land now or formerly of Lois J. Cohick
and through Lot No. 7.as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Plan
of Lots, North 120 15' East, a distance of Two Hundred Ten (210)
feet to a point in the center line of thirty-three (33) feet wide
Route 641 known as Newville Road; thence along .the center line of
said thirty-three (33) feet wide Route 641 known as Newville Road,
South 770 45' East, a distance of Seventy-five (75) feet to a
point the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING Seventy-five (75) feet in front along the center line
of thirty-three (33) feet wide Route 641 known as NeWVille Road
and extending Southwardly therefrom at an even width a distance of
Two Hundred Ten (210) feet, and having thereon erected a one story
brick and frame dwelling house and detached garage.
THE ABOVE described premises include the Eastern Five (S) feet of
Lot No.7, all of Lot No.6 and the Western Twenty (20) feet of
Lot No. S as shown on that certain Plan of Lots known as Cohick
Lots, Tract A, said plan being recorded in the hereinafter named
Recorder's Office in Plan Book S, Page 33, and in addition the
above described premises include an unnumbered tract of land
extending Southwardly from the above named lots and portions
thereof a distance of Forty (40) feet at an even width of .
Seventy-five (7S) feet.
SUBJECT, nevertheless, to the building and use restrictions shown
on and. attached to the above mentioned Plan bf Lots, excepting any
restriction based on race., color or creed which it is expressly

BEING the same premises which Dennis L. Killinger and Roxann K.
Killinger, his wife, granted and conveyed to James E. Wilson and
Medora D. Wilson, his wife by deed dated september 1, 1981 and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds ih and for
Cumberland county, Pennsylvania in Deed Book "N", Vol. 29,
Page 798. The said Medora D. Wilson died April I, 1984, whereupon
a fee simple deed to the herein described premises vested in the
said James E. Wilson, the Grantor herein.

ALSO UNDER AND SUBJECT, to the payment of a certain mortgage in the
principal sum of $36,900.00, with interest thereon as the ~ame may
become due and payable, in favor of Advance Mortgage Corp. and
recorded in the Office aforesaid in Mortgage Book 667, Page 438,
which mortgage by the acceptance of the within conveyance the Grantees
hereby. assume and agree to pay.

the west side of Walnut Circle on a reverse curve having a

thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 20
feet, a distance of 44.47 feet to a point on the north side

Pauline F. Nedwick and Charles E. Nedwick, her husband,

1979 leaving Laura Gutelius, A/K/A Laura En Gutelius, the
sole surviving owner of the premises.
Laura Gutelius, A/K/A Laura lh Gutelius, died on september
2, 1985. The Last will and Testament was duly probated on
September ,30, 1985 at the Cumberland County Register of
Wills Office, Estate No. 21-85-638, wherein Jayne A. Shipman
