Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby fIles its claim
for water and sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is fIled is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed is Heidi L. Scbolly 1480 Newville Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which it is flled is attached hereto and marked Exhibit
"A", with an address of1480 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is fIled is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer hook-up fees pursuant to an agreement
between the parties against the above described property in the amount of $6,775.00.

BEGINNING at a point in the center of the State Highway leading from
Carlisle to Newville (State Highway Rllnte No. 641), said plliut being at cornel' llf
land now or formerlyoC F.e. Stump; thence along land now or formerly of tbe said
F.C. Stump, South 1 degrees West 174.5 feet to a point on line of land now or
Cllrmerly of F.C. Stump and at corner of laod now or formerly of Frank S. Cohick
and Lois J. Cohick, his wife; thence along land now or formerly of the said Cohicks
North 77 degrees 45 minutes West 129 feet to a point at the Southeast corner of Lot
No. 3 of the bereinafter mentioned Plan of Lois; tbence along the dividing line
between Lot No.2 and Lot No.3 of the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lois, North 12
degrees 15 minute. East 170reet to a poiot /0 the center of said State Highway (State
Highway Route No. 641); thence along the center of said State Highway, South 77
degrees 45 minutes East 100 feet to the Place of Beginning. They being Lots Nos. 1

BEING the same premises which Ralph V.Barger and Joanna A. Barger, husband
and wife, by Deed dated 09/15170 and recorded 09/29170 in Cumberland County
Record Book U-l3, Page 822, granted and conveyed unto Marlin E. Wagner, Jr. and
Peggy V. Wagner, busband Bnd wife, in fee.
THIS IS A TRANSFER BETWEEN PARENTS.AND CHILD AND IS
THEREFORE EXEMPT FROM TRANSFER TAX.
