North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P .C., hereby fIles its claim
for water and sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is fIled is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is fIled is Tracey J. Wilson and Connie J. Wilson, 19 Green Meadow Drive
Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which it is fIled is attached hereto and marked Exhibit
"A" , with an address of 19 Green Meadow Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is fIled is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, S3 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $1,154.98.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from this I" day of May, 2006.

WITNESSETH, that in consideration of One Dollar and 00/100 ($1.00)
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said
grantor does hereby grant and convey to the said grantees, their
heirs and assigns:
ALL those two tracts of land in North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
TRACT NO.1:
BEGINNING at a point at a stake on the southerly line of Green
Meadow Drive, a 33 foot wide right of way, at lands now or
formerly of Kenneth H. Talley, et ux, said point being 250 feet
East from the North line of Channel Drive, a 33 foot wide right of
way; thence by the said line of Channel Drive, a 33 foot wide
right of way; thence by the same line of Green Meadow Drive, North
62 degrees 00 minutes East 100 feet to a point at a stake; thence
by lands now or formerly of the Stine Estate, South 28 degrees 00
minutes East 150 feet to a point at a stake; thence by lands now
or formerly of the Stine estate, South 62 degrees 00 minutes West
100 feet to a point at a stake; thence by lands now or formerly of
Kenneth H. Talley, et ux., North 28 degrees 00 minutes West 150
feet to a point at a stake, the Place of BEGINNING.
The foregoing is taken from a survey of the premises by Noel B.
Smith, R.S., dated November 17, 1970.
TRACT NO.2:
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land situate in North
Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point at a stake on the southerly line of Green

Meadow Drive, a 33 foot wide right of way, at other lands now or
formerly of Carl E. McClintock, et ux, said point being 350 feet
East from the North line of Channel Drive, a 33 foot wide right of
way; thence by the said line of Green Meadow Drive, North 62
degrees 00 minutes East 10 feet to a point at a stake; thence by
lands now or formerly of Bruce St. Cyr, et ux, South 2B degrees 00
minutes East 150 feet to a point at a stake; thence by lands now
or formerly of the Stine Estate, South 62 degrees 00 minutes West
10 feet to a point at a stake; thence by other lands now or
formerly of Carl E. McClintock, et ux, North 2B degrees 00 minutes
West 150 feet to a point at a stake, the Place of BEGINNING.
The foregoing is taken from a survey of the premises by Noel B.
Smith, R.S., dated November 17, 1970.
BEING the same premises which Earl Gene Bossard, et al by deed
dated April 23, 1987 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book 32 P, Page 9B3,
granted and conveyed unto Earl P. Garman and Alberta M. Garman,
husband and wife, Grantors herein.
