MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES
North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for water and sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.
The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is tiled is Blessing Properties, Inc., P.O. Box 291, Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
A description of the property against which it is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit
"A", with an address of 810 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16,1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.
The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above described property in the
amount of $491.31.

bargained, sold, aliened, enfeof fed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these Presents
does grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeof, f, release, convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part, its successors
and Assigns
All those two certain lots on the north side of Pa. Route No. 11,
the Carlisle-Harrisburg Pike, located in North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
. On the west by lands now or formerly of the sun Oil Company; on
the north by Lots Nos. 667, 668, 669, Block "A" of the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lotst on the east by lands now or formerly of R.
H. Black; on the south by said Pa. Route No. 11; containing in front
on said highway 120 feet and extending an even width in depth 250
feet.
BEING Lots Nos. 680 and 681, Block "A" as shown on the Carlisle
Trust Company Plan of Oakland Manor recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book
3, Page 18 and Plan Book 3, Page 61.
Said property is known 'a"a and numbered 910 North Hanover Street,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Harrisburg Autoparts Company by its
deed dated June 29, 1965 and recorded in the office of the Recorder
of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book
"Q", Volume 21, Page 453, granted and conveyed unto Blessing Prop-
erties, Inc., the Grantor herein.

ever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders,
rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, clam and
demand whatsoever of the said Grantor
