STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this i:1.-

Wayne A. Zinn and Jennifer A. Zinn, husband and wife, hereinafter
referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed
to construct improvements to the dwelling on the certain lot of
ground situate in Penn Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot 18, 150105
Deerview Drive, Newville, PA 17242.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties .acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechartic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Upper Frankford Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a subdivision plan
prepared by Eric Diffenbaugh, RPLS dated November 11, 2004 and recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 91, Page 10, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in western edge of Deerview Drive at Lot No. 12; thence along Lot
No. 12 South 45 degrees 48 minutes 22 seconds West 464.15 feet to an iron pin set; thence
along lands now or formerly of R. Duane Wickard North 43 degrees 03 minutes 29 seconds
West 72.04 feet to an existing iron pin; thence along lands now or formerly of Richard I.
Slusser North 45 degrees 54 minutes 11 seconds West 252.08 feet to an iron pin set: thence
along Lot No. 17 North 45 degrees 48 minutes 22 seconds East 470.24 feet to a point; thence
along western edge of Deerview Drive on plan South 44 degrees 11 minutes 38 seconds East
324.00 feet to a point; the placc of BEGINNING.
