On the Motion of Country Meadows Associates d/b/a Country Meadows of West Shore
PRELIMINARY ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 18th day of May, 2006, upon consideration of the Motion of County
Meadows Associates d/b/a Country Meadows of West Shore presented by Chadwick O. Bogar,
Esquire, and Kirk S. Sohonage, Esquire, of Schutjer Bogar, LLC, Counsel for the Petitioner,
IT IS ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a Citation be awarded, directed to Joseph M.
Feldish, Sr., to show cause why he should not be adjudged an incapacitated person and plenary
guardian of his estate and person be appointed.
The time and place of hearing on the petition for appointment of guardian of the estate
and person of the alleged incapacitated person is fixed for Wednesday, July 5 at 10:30 a.m., in
Courtroom NO.5 of the Cumberland County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
At least twenty (20) days written notice of the hearing shall be given to
JOSEPH M. FELDISH, SR., the alleged incapacitated person, by serving him personally with
the Citation and this Order of Court and a copy of the foregoing petition together with an
explanation of the content and terms of the petition; and at least 10 days written notice of the
petition and hearing shall also be given to the next of kin, Joseph M. Feldish, Jr. (son),
212 Market Street, Halifax, PA 17032; and to the following Parties of Interest: Good News
Consulting, Inc., 783 Priority Road, York, PA 17404, either personally or by registered or
certified mail.
