RENUNCIATION OF INTEREST UNDER WILL
WHEREAS on March 9, 2006, Charles P. Swiler died intestate, domiciled at 630
Allenview Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; and
WHEREAS, on March 29, 2006 Letters of Administration were granted to Lee A.
Swller by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Fiduciary Code governing intestate estates, the
beneficiaries of the Decedent's Estate are his wife, Lee A. Swiler, and his son, Neal B.
Swiler.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Neal B. Swiler, son of the decedent, do hereby renounce
and disclaim all right, title, interest or claim 1 have in the Estate of the Decedent,
Charles B. Swiler.
