MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitors, James D. Bogar, Esquire, and Jennifer B. Hipp,
Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against CHARLES
W. KRICK and KRISTI A. KRICK, husband and wife, adult
individuals, owning property located at 913 West Trindle Road,
Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
17055, their last known mailing address being: 913 West Trindle
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055. CHARLES W. KRICK and
KRISTI A. KRICK, husband and wife, are the owners of all that
certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being
more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel house and lot of ground situate in
Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded
and described as follows, to wit:

BEGINNING at a point in the center of the Trindle Road, said
point being three hundred forty (340) feet measured
Westwardly along the center line of Trindle Road from
property now or late of R. C. Myers; thence South 8 degrees
30 minutes East, two hundred fifty (250) feet to a point at
lands of Helen A. Hall; thence by said lands of Helen A.
Hall, South 70 degrees 30 minutes West, eighty-five (85)
feet to a point; thence North 8 degrees 30 minutes West, two
hundred fifty (250) feet to a point in the center line of
the Trindle Road; thence by center line of the Trindle Road,
North 70 degrees 30 minutes East, eighty-five (85) feet to a
point, the place of BEGINNING.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a single family dwelling house known
and numbered as 913 West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsyvlania.
BEING the same premises which Harry O. Krick and Lorraine M.
Krick, husband and wife, by their deed dated March 22, 1997
and recorded March 24, 1997 in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 154, Page 906, granted
and conveyed unto Charles W. Krick and Kristi A. Krick,
husband and wife.
Tax Parcel No. 22-24-0783-020
Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from March 22, 1997 through and including March 31, 2006 (first
quarter calendar year 1997 through and including first quarter
calendar year 2006). Said Authority services and sewer rates
were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-
04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe

Township Municipal Authority imposing user charges to be
collected from the owner of each improved property served or to
be served by this Authority's sewer systems; and providing for
payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and
incorporated herein are the statements forwarded by Monroe
Township Municipal Authority to CHARLES W. KRICK and KRISTI A.
for sewerage due to be treated from March 22, 1997 through and
including March 31, 2006 (first quarter calendar year 1997
through and including first quarter calendar year 2006), which
services total is in the amount of $1,564.48, which sum was duly
assessed against CHARLES W. KRICK and KRISTI A. KRICK, and the
real property described herein from the date of said billing
statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest
in the amount of ten (10%) percent, along with penalties and all
costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed
against the above-described real property and premises in
accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 97, as

amended, 53 P.S. ~7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and
Tax Liens) .

I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer account #734.
This account is delinquent. As of the last billing notice, same being dated 2/15/06, the
delinquency is in the amount of $1,564.48. The purpose of this letter is to request that this
account be brought current If the account is not brought current within ten (10) days of receipt
of this letter, a Municipal Lien llWl be placed against real estate owned by you, same being
known and numbered as 913 W, TrlndIe Road, M..mBniCSOOrg, PA. This will result in filing
fees, service costs and attomey's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred with respect to the
collection of this delinquent account will be assessed. Attorney's fees will be charged at the
current rate. Attorney's fees will be imposed andlor assessed if this amount remains delinquent
after thirty (30) days from the mailing of this notice (if by certified mail) or within ten (to) days
after mailing of this notice (if by regular mail). The imposition of assessment of attorney's fees
may be avoided by you making payment in full of the delinquency within ten (10) days of receipt
of this letter as set forth herein.
