AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitors, James D. Bogar, Esquire, and Jennifer B. Hipp,
Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against STANLEY
DEIMLER, a/k/a STANLEY M. DEIMLER, JR., single adult individual,
owning property located at 308 Wertz Avenue, Mechanicsburg,
Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055, his last
known mailing address being: 308 Wertz Avenue, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, 17055. STANLEY DEIMLER, a/k/a STANLEY M. DEIMLER,
JR., single person, is the owner of all that certain lot of
ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully
described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western line of Wertz Avenue,
said point being at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 64
and 65 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence
along said dividing line, South 86 degrees 26 minutes 40
seconds West, one hundred and six and sixty-five hundredths
(106.65) feet to a point; thence North 38 degrees 53 minutes
West, ninety-nine and forty-three hundredths (99.43) feet to
a point at the dividing line between Lot Nos. 65 and 66 on
said Plan; thence along said dividing line North 77 degrees
45 minutes East, one hundred fifty (150) feet to a point on
the western line of Wertz Avenue; thence continuing along
the line of Wertz Avenue, South 12 degrees 15 minutes East,
one hundred five (105) feet to a point, the place of
BEGINNING.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a one-story brick ranch-type dwelling
house with attached garage, known as No. 308 Wertz Road,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING Lot No. 65 on Amended Plan No. 1 of Trindle Spring
Garden, recorded in Plan Book 10 at Page 53.
BEING the same premises which Charles L. Miller, Jr., single
individual, by his deed dated December 2, 2003 and recorded
December 10, 2003 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds
Office in Deed Book 260, Page 3764 granted and conveyed unto
Stanley Deimler, single individual.
Tax Parcel No. 22-24-0783-127
Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from December 2, 2003 through and including March 31, 2006
(fourth quarter calendar year 2003 through and including first
quarter calendar year 2006). Said Authority services and sewer

rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution
No. 02-04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of
Monroe Township Municipal Authority imposing user charges to be
collected from the owner of each improved property served or to
be served by this Authority's sewer systems; and providing for
payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and
incorporated herein are the statements forwarded by Monroe
Township Municipal Authority to STANLEY DEIMLER, a/k/a STANLEY M.
DEIMLER, JR., for sewerage due to be treated from December 2,
2003 through and including March 31, 2006 (fourth quarter
calendar year 2003 through and including first quarter calendar
year 2006), which services total is in the amount of $1,081.41,
which sum was duly assessed against STANLEY DEIMLER, a/k/a
STANLEY M. DEIMLER, JR., and the real property described herein
from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, and
for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10%) percent,
along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a
municipal lien is claimed against the above-described real
property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923,

Dear Mr. Deimier:
I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer account #839.
This account is delinquent. As of the last billing notice, same being dated 2/15106, the
delinquency is in the amount of $1,081.41. The purpose of this letter is to request that this
account be brought current. If the account is not brought current within ten (10) days of receipt
of this letter, a Municipal Lien will be placed against real estate owned by you, same being
known and numbered as 308 Wertz Avenue, Mechanicsburg, PA. This will result in filing
fees, service costs and attorney's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred with respect to the
collection of this delinquent account will be assessed. Attorney's fees will be charged at the
current rate. Attorney's fees will be imposed and/or assessed if this amount remains delinquent
after thirty (30) days from the mailing of this notice (if by certified mail) or within ten (10) days
after mailing of this notice (if by regular mail). The imposition of assessment of attorney's fees
may be avoided by you making payment in full of the delinquency within ten (10) days of receipt
of this letter as set forth herein.
