STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, on the ~ of ~ , 2006, an Agreement was entered into between A. P.
Williams Company, hereinafter called O~er, and the above contracting firm, hereinafter called
Contractor, wherein and whereby said Contractor undertook and agreed to perform the sitework for
the construction of seven (7) new townhomes to be located at 113 Bungalow Road, Enola,
Pennsylvania 17025, more particularly described in a Deed to Owner dated December 8, 2005
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County on the 13th day of December,
2006, in Record Book 272, Page 1527.
NOW, this \~ day of fYlw 2006, this agreement witnesseth, that the said Contractor
for and in consideration ~ Dollar ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the said Owner,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and before contractor or any person or entity claiming by,
under or through Contractor has commenced work, supplied any materials or been authorized to
perform work or supply materials, for himself, and his sub-contractors and suppliers, and all parties
acting through or under him, covenants and agrees that no mechanics liens or claims shall be filed or
maintained by him, them or any of them against the said building and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto, for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by him, them, or any of them
under said contract, or otherwise, for, towards, in and about the said building/tenant space, and the
said Contractor, for himself and his sub-contractors, and other under him, hereby expressly waives
and relinquishes the right to have, file or maintain any mechanics liens or claims against the said
building and ground.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year
aforesaid.
