TAYLOR, Alleged incapacitated person IN RE: APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIANS ORDER OF COURT AND NOW, this 23rd day of May, 2006, after hearing, the Court does find both Virginia M. Taylor and Howard J. Taylor to be totally incapacitated persons at this time. This Order is temporary. The record in the matter will remain open. The incapacitated persons will be able to supplement the record after counsel is able to examine all medical records. Further testimony will be taken at the request of the incapacitated persons' counsel. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that counsel will submit proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and legal citation in support thereof, on or before June 9, 2006. In the interim, Cheryl E. Watson is appointed plenary guardian and Sandra Nye, alternate plenary guardian, of the person and estate of both Virginia M. Taylor and Howard J. Taylor. By Stephen J.
