WHEREAS, S & A Custom Built Homes, entered intoa contract with
Gary 1. Murto~ and Kathleen G. Murtoff
provide materials and/or perform labor necessary for the construction and
ere6tio~-or the alteration and repair of (a) building(s) upon those certain
pieces or parcels of land situtated in South Middleton 'Township,
Cumberland
described as follows:

County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and bet-ween the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor o~
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said'
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly calle~ a°mechanic's
lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part
thereof.
·his stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County
Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with requirements
of Act of Assemble of Pennsylvania, in.such case provided.
