The accountant distributed the real estate by deed of conveyance dated December 6,
2005. Pro ration ofthe 2005-2006 school real estate taxes made the beneficiaries
responsible for one-half of these taxes in the amount of $390.81. The accountant paid the
entire amount of the 2005-2006 school taxes, thereby making a constructive distribution
to the beneficiaries in the amount of$390.81.
Notes:
1. Interest and penalty on the Pennsylvania inheritance tax was paid from the
accountant's personal funds.
2. Interest and penalty on the real estate taxes was paid from the accountant's personal
funds.

John McCrea, executor under the Last Will and Testament of Carrie A. Shively,
deceased, hereby declares that as executor he has fully and faithfully discharged the
duties of his office; that the foregoing proposed First and Final Account is true and
correct and fully discloses all significant transactions occurring during the account
period; that all known debt against the estate has been listed above and paid; that all taxes
due from the estate have been paid; that all real estate devised by the decedent has been
conveyed; that the individuals named in the within Schedule of Distribution are the only
ones who are entitled to participate in ;;the fund for distribution, to the best of my
knowledge; and further that more than four months have elapsed from the first complete
advertisement of the granting of Lerters Testamentary in this Estate.
I understand that false statements made herein are subject to the penalties of 18 Pa.
C.S.A. section 4904 relating to unsworn falsification to authorities.

Testament and revoke any will or codicil previously made by me,
ITEM I: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including
my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from illY'
