AND NOW, this 26th day of May, 2006, upon consideration of the Clerk of the
Orphans' Court denial of a marriage license application to the above referenced
individuals, and pursuant to 91308 of the Domestic Relations Code,
23 Pa.C.S.A. 9 1308,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a hearing shall be held to
consider the application for marriage license of the applicants on Wednesday,
May 31, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom NO.5 of the Cumberland County Courthouse,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the hearing shall be held in
the following manner: The Clerk of the Orphans Court will be examined as to the
applicants' presentation of their application to her office and her reasons for denial of the
application. The applicants will then be examined regarding their qualifications, their
understanding of the concept of marriage, and their personal desires to enter into such
union.
