AND NOW, this 26th day of May, 2006, upon
consideration of the petition of Rochelle Leftenant and
after hearing, and the Court noting that the natural mother
of Fatima Richardson died on September 19th, 2005; that the
natural father's whereabouts are unknown; and that
publication of service of the petition was made in
accordance with law, it is hereby ordered and directed that
Rochelle Leftenant is appointed guardian of the person of
Fatima Richardson to make all decisions related to her
educational, medical, and legal matters.
