PETITION TO OBTAIN OWNERSHIP OF VEHICLE

AND NOW, this '26 day of May, 2006 comes the Petitioner, Jesse Edwin
Crone, (hereinafter "Petitioner") by and through his attorney, John J. Mangan, Esq., and
files the following Petition to Obtain Ownership of Vehicle, and in support thereof, avers
as follows:
1. Petitioner currently resides at 23 Westwind Drive, Lemoyne, P A 17043.
2. Petitioner has ownership of a storage building located at the intersection of
18th Street and Orchard Alley in the Borough of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
3. Within said storage building is one 1965 Chrysler 300, bearing vehicle
identification number C453 142393.
4. Upon information and belief, the vehicle has been in the storage building
since 1983.
5. Said vehicle has an inspection sticker expiring June 1983.
6. There are no parties that have rental agreements with Petitioner for the storage
building, there have been no payments for the storage of said vehicle and there
are no storage records to ascertain the ownership of the vehicle.
7. There is no license plate assigned to the vehicle.
8. A check with the Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles did not reveal
any information by whom this vehicle is owned by.
9. A request for vehicle information was submitted to PennDOT and Petitioner
was informed that said vehicle has a title number 16785533 but that
PennDOT's data base was purged of its information regarding vehicle owners
prior to December 1986.
10. Upon information and belief, there is no party to contact to give notice of
Petitioner's intention to obtain ownership of said vehicle.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Honorable Court order
ownership of the vehicle to Jesse Edwin Crone.

ORDER OF COURT

AND NOW, this~ day of ~ ,2006, after reasonable notice and an
opportunity for hearing having been provided to all interested parties, the Court hereby
awards ownership of one 1965 Chrysler 300, bearing vehicle identification number
C453142393 to Jesse Edwin Crone, and the right, title and interest of any other person to
said vehicle is hereby extinguished. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of
Transportation may accept this Order as evidence of ownership in lieu of a Certificate of
Title. The Petitioner shall submit the appropriate forms, taxes and fees and comply with
any other procedures of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of
Transportation in order to receive the appropriate Certifiz~~~r said vehicle.
