at the Cumberland County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and that a Citation
be issued to John Nye, III commanding him to show cause why he cannot appear at the aforementioned
hearing pursuant to the Petition of Sara Jane Nye and Lorraine Ann Humer to have John Nye, III adjudicated
an incapacitated person and to have Sara Jane Nye and Lorraine Ann Humer appointed plenary Co-
Guardians for his person and his estate. Notice of the hearing shall be given to John Nye, III in accordance
with 20 P.S. 9 5511 (a) not less than twenty (20) days prior to the hearing.
