Tartar respectfully states: :' :-':1 1. Walter W. Tartar ("Decedent") died on Friday, May 20, 2005, a resident at 69 Rustic -:~ ( ,OJ Drive, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17257. 2. Letters of Administration were granted to Patti Tartar, P.O. Box 233, Rockhill Furnace, Pennsylvania 17249. 3. Petitioner, Andrew M. Tartar is an adult individual and party in interest to the estate, being an heir of the Estate of Walter W. Tartar, Deceased. 4. Petitioner has requested the personal representative, Patti Tartar to file an inventory in accordance with 20 Pa. Cons. Stat. Ann. 93301. 5. 20 Pa. Cons. Stat. Ann. 93301 requires the personal representative to file an inventory no later than the date she files her account or the due date for the filing of the inheritance tax, whichever is earlier. 6. Petitioner avers than eleven months have elapsed since the grant of Letters and Patti Tartar, the personal representative has failed to file an inventory. WHEREFORE, Petitioner, Andrew M. Tartar respectfully requests that a Citation be awarded, directed to Patti Tartar, Administratrix of the Estate of Walter W. Tartar, Deceased, to show cause why she should not immediately prepare an inventory of the assets of the Estate of \)' Walter W.
