S g N g U? t(a 3)tj co cc ?b MOVE-OUT CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS TO TENANT Inspection after clearance of Tenants property will emphasize cleanliness, and will include, but not be limited to the following: 1. Kitchen cabinets and drawers will be cleaned and free of all grease and dirt. Cabinet doors will be closed and drawers shut. Counter tops will be cleaned and free of all grease and dirt. 2. Refrigerator will be defrosted, cleaned and wiped dry; ice and vegetable trays returned to place; refrigerator turned off and door to be left in open position. 3. Range will be thoroughly cleaned by removal of all dirt and grease from burners, oven, grills, grease pans, broiler pan and other parts. Oven top will be lifted and cleaned under the burners. Oven light will be replaced with the same if burned out. 4. Kitchen and bath tiles and vinyl floors will be cleaned of all grease and/or spots of any kind. Items that discolor tiles and vinyl floors are: rubber or vinyl backed throw rugs, asphalt sealers, coaltar, fertilizers, oil drippings, scented cleaners, spic & span, and soap detergents. These floors are best cleaned using water and white hosehold ammonia. Rinse thoroughly. 5. Toilet, bathtub, vanity, and all bath fixtures will be thoroughly cleaned. Ceramic tile or tub surround will be polished and free of dirt. Bathroom floor will be cleaned and free of dirt. 6. Walls soiled by grease, dirt, smears, etc., should be washed down. Window sills will be wiped free from dirt and dust. 7. All windows will be cleaned inside and out where accessible. Window screens will be cleaned and free of dirt. 8. Closet shelves and hanger rods will be free of dust and dirt. 9. Light fixtures throughout apartment will be free of dust and dirt, and all burned out bulbs will be replaced with 60 Watt bulbs, maximum wattage required by manufacturer. Light above kitchen sink will be replaced by fluorescent bulb of 25W, if existing light has burned out. All bulbs, supplied by the Tenant, shall be replaced by Landlord if Tenant so request to prevent breakage or damage of existing light fixtures, at any time during tenancy. 10. Carpeting throughout apartment will be cleaned of all grease and/or spots of any kind, and thoroughly vacuumed to remove dust and dirt. Animal stains, cigarette burns, or other abuse of these rugs will subject occupant to paying for the cleaning and/or damage. 11. Picture hooks and hangers will be removed from the walls and holes patched. Plant or other hangers in ceiling shall remain as property of the Landlord. 12. All rooms will be free of dirt and all material not belonging to Landlord will be removed by Tenant. 13. Patio and porches must be swept free of dirt and all refuse removed. 14. Tenants are responsible for debris outside the apartment; that is, papers, trash etc. 15. Telephone and electric bills should have been paid before time of moving. 16. Keys for apartment must be turned in before leaving property. 17. Tenant agrees to pay for cleaning company, or any fees incurred by not adhering to above lease. R.
