STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, HANOVER STREET SENIOR APARTMENTS, LP is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with TUCKEY RESTORATION. INC., for construction of
improvements at its building located at 11-15 S. Hanover Street, in Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before any
authority has been given by the said HANOVER STREET SENIOR APARTMENTS, LP to the said
TUCKEY RESTORATION, INC. to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for
the same in consideration of the making of the said Contract with TUCKEY RESTORATION, INC.
and the further consideration of One DoUarto be paid by the Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor for the renovations
at said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS my hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
